You mean all this time I’ve been misgendering members of our Air Force?

The new approved term is “Non-binary wing associate”
It’s interesting that a studio that will gleefully release crap like Zoolander 2 or Monster Trucks thinks that a new Cloverfield movie is really bad. Or that a studio that desperately tried to sell blantantly uncommerical movies like Mother!, Downsizing or Suburicon thinks there’s nothing to salavage here.
It’s about a friggin’ introverted dressmaker and the young gal he manipulates. I’m sure the description alone birthed many instant luke warm takes.
I’ve never found her especially interesting—her gifts are like those of a photorealist painter, impressive yet sterile—but you’re annoying as fuck.
Considering Spielberg cranked it out while Ready Player One was in Post, I think it turned out pretty well.

Happy-Go-Lucky was so good!
I’m surprised there hasn’t been more buzz around Daniel Day Lewis. In past years he’s seemed to be the focus of plenty of talk but Phantom Thread as a whole doesn’t seem to have hit the same sort of nerve with audiences that previous PTA or Lewis works have.
Forgot that was last year. Wow that is a snub. Fuck Ninjago was snub to compared to fucking Boss Baby
It’s surprising that James Gray got the funding for something like The Lost City of Z, but I don’t think it resulted in a particularly great movie. Sienna Miller seemed like just another neglected spouse of a “great” man.
God, shut up
My favorite day of the 12 Days of Oscars: Day 0, when the nominations are announced. My second favorite day is Day -8 when the EW issue with the Snubs and Flubs comes out!
Does that mean we are done slamming them for their lack of social awareness?
That’s enough heartwarming. Back to slamming the Academy for whoever I feel was deserving but got snubbed!
The Cosby Show is still being sold in stores and is a staple in reruns, so the people there are likely genuine fans of Cosby.
Theoooooo! Rudeeeeee! I got the rizzen raaazen rape trial!
