I’m so sorry you had to go through that! I very much agree that our pets are in whatever heaven looks like, running around and swimming and eating clementines (some of Murphy’s favorite pastimes). I'm sure your pup is currently enjoying her favorite things up there.

Disappointed that The Limerick Leader didn’t summarize it as a limerick.

So....your dog. And my dog.

Dogs of Honor

Oh my god when kittens are still so little that their tails haven’t filled in yet and their eyes are so big it kills me absolutely dead.

Why thank you, I will use this time to post my favorite picture:

Kind of. We had a comic artist make our ketubah, and he inked our dog into the border:

DOGS AND KILTS HOLY CRAP

We did not deliberately include pets in our wedding, but we had the most adorable gate-crasher!

We would love to have my parent’s/the family dog in our ceremony and toyed with the idea for awhile, but she’s just too insistently loving - she’d lick everyone’s makeup off and would run the risk of snagging a dress with her gentle pawing for snuggles. Also, she’s prettier than the bride (me), so she’d pull focus ;)

Yes and no. We got our fur babies the day after our wedding. We were in the process of adopting when we realized having a kitten in the middle of a wedding would be stressful for the little one, but we had to bring him home asap. We spent the day after the wedding kitten-proofing the place to bring our little Oreo

Would have been cute to have our cat in our wedding (my husband pulled her out of the engine of a car, he loves her so much but she hates him with a fiery passion), but she would have just eaten all the flowers and thrown up everywhere.

1) I didn't take her husband. He filed for divorce well before we started dating. She had it in her head that they were going to get back together (and even told their son, "Bob", as much) and when we started dating, I blew her fantasy out of the water making myself the perfect target.

My fiancé's ex has a blog in which she posts a TON of super personal stuff, up to and including why their marriage ended (most of it about me and how I'm a homewrecking whore/my fiancé is a monster), personal things about her son ("he cries for the father he once had, a now unrecognizable person" kind of thing), and

It's in my Top 3 Favorite things about myself.

We are cat people with two tuxedo cats, so we got a couple of cattoos to celebrate our marriage. Although we don't PLAN on breaking up, we were careful to choose something that we felt represented our relationship and something that appealed to us individually. Sorry for the blurry picture!

I have a sleeve of all outlines, including a portrait of my husband that was on our wedding invitations. He's getting my portrait done in color on his arm in June.

Got these before our wedding to celebrate our engagement. He proposed on a mountain and we spend lots of time outdoors camping and hiking.

AT LAST, THE TATTOO THREAD I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR.

This is mine. The design was a gift from my bestie/maid of honor, and mr. biscuit surprised me by accompanying me, despite a terrific fear of needles, and paying for it. It's based on the myth of Bacchus and Philemon, an elderly Greek couple who unknowingly
