I just started finally wearing dresses + skirts last year and let me tell you it was a revelation. It’s so good to not wear pants/trousers but still be decent. Also, leggings are comfortable as fuck

I go to the same gym chain (not in Ottawa) and they have a rule - no sleeveless tops/tank tops for men or women in the mixed areas. That being said, I’ve seen men working out in sleeveless tops in the mixed area and have never seen an employee ask them to change or leave.

I've seen beyonce in concert twice (on the run with jay z and by herself) and they're probably the best concerts I've been to in terms of performance/dancing/etc
