Sorry... My British hubby has just corrected me too late to edit. I had Harrods the department store confused with Hamleys, the giant toy store. Stranger in a strange land. This is still a bit snotty, but nowhere near as bad as if a toy store had done such a thing at Xmas. My bad. 

Harrods is pretty strange. The whole store definitely a tourist attraction for a lot of people due to the extravagant decor, I went there a bunch of times as a kid. I can’t really judge them for their grotto stance. It must be pretty annoying to have a bunch of people in there who have no intention of buying anything.

It is bonkers that the previous design went so far into production that they went public with a trailer without anybody pulling the plug on it.
