This is a perfect example of rare =/= interesting. This is just rich guy version of “my corvette is only one of 7 made in this color combo that year on a Wednesday in June” kind of rare. The Iamrich app kind of wasting cash. Rare, yes. And uninspired.

It’s not price gouging if that’s your standard pricing, as opposed to the scumbags who jack up prices in the event of an emergency.

According to Google Maps it’s 35 miles to Needles. If your tank is empty (which is stupid in the first place, because Mojave Desert) you can get 2-3 gallons to get you to civilization.  If you’re going the other way and didn’t tank up in Needles, then I guess you pay the “stupid tax”.

I certainly miss my Volvo seats but not the price at the pump.

I got a EV cause I do high mileage.... (20k+ miles a year), work reimbursement, and it’s saving me so much fucking gas money right now.
