I doubt that was strictly severance. They may say it is, but someone with her title doesn’t get 1.5 million severance just because she quit.

True, but 1.5 million is a lot of money for the average person. I’m impressed she turned that amount down to be honest.
Well a bunch of them are foreign films so it’s rare for them to get nominated for best picture. They would be nominated for best foreign film, which tends to miss so many movies because they cram every non-US film into one category.
“Johnson said he recovered his own fumble”
Agreed. Also the person making less shouldn’t “suggest” expensive places either*, knowing their other half will pay more or all of the bill.
To be fair, Mario Lemieux retired early(the first time), because of back issues.
Yeah I try to play with her 1-2 hours a day during the week and even longer during the weekends usually with stick toys. She just has endless energy since she is likely sleeping all day when I’m at work. I bought a tower a few weeks ago and now she has finally figured out how to get to the top perch and look out the…
Great timing for this article since I just got a kitten who is only about 2 months old. Now I’m freaking out since she constantly scratches or play bites me. I have about 10 scratch marks on my body now, mostly because she loves trying to climb up my entire leg when I stand still for more than 2 seconds.
Completely agree. It was the OJ case all over again with how bad they all messed up.
Well they did do the voice analysis on the 911 call with new technology which I don’t think was done before. In it you can hear a third voice that appears to belong to a child. The parents said that they were the only ones up at the time.
The Grand Jury did vote to indict the parents of covering up the crime though. So there was enough evidence for that at least. The only reason the parents would cover up the murder would be if one of the family did it. The DA chose to ignore that for whatever reason(political?).
Why would an intruder even make something like that though? Why not just use a rope. The garrote was so outlandish that I see it coming more from the parents since they were likely freaking out trying to concoct some intruder theory.
They did. The DA chose to ignore the indictments made by the Grand Jury against the parents for covering up the crime. The parents did the most in sabotaging the case by not being cooperative to the police during the initial investigation. I believe statute of limitations is up on the parents(Patsy is dead). Only…
Yes they could have just called 911. Burke never would have been charged with anything, even if he purposely hit her. He would have been too young to charge.
Either part of the production, or got paid for their kid to do that.
Why would it be traumatizing for him? He got to hit a fake dummy with a flashlight on national television. The kid is probably getting props from his classmates for it.
I’m pretty sure he just appeared on Dr. Phil to talk about it, probably for money, so I’m not exactly super concerned for him.
She introduced herself to Ryan and wore the pin. How would the staffer even think that Ryan wouldn’t know who she is at that point. Maybe the staffer gave Ryan too much credit for putting both of those things together himself.
Exactly. Only exception is if you are eating that entire bowl of salad in the first sitting. there isn’t a way to really have leftover salad the next day unless you like soggy salad. Any croutons in it will be mush the next day.
How is that a small part of our history as a country. Slavery was around long before 1776. Voting rights act was 1965*. Suppression of black people constituted the majority of the country’s history.
