No, I don't like eating competitions but that doesn't mean that someone who does something really well shouldn't be respected or even paid well for the time that they spend in eating competitions. Maybe what they need to do is realize that they are role models and start acting like it.

A lot of comments I've seen on other sites about this seem to be telling the woman to lighten up and that it wasn't a big deal — but when you pay for food and drinks and some people who weren't even invited come in and have that food and those drinks, you're paying for them.
