They have an intercooler under it. If you don’t like it, I’m sure a front mount intercooler would be fine and then you could swap on a non turbo hood
It’s such a weird feeling to just set the throttle and pick a gear. They just sorta Go
Remember Subaru forest green with the gold flake that they did in the 90s and 2000s? Now that was a color if I’ve ever seen one 💦
It brought a happy to my eye to see someone hooning the shit out of one of these earlier today.
I really like the shape of the current (last) model, but the photos kind of make this one look too rounded. The silver grill bar doesn’t help at all
Breaking: area man DESTROYS crackpot journalist with his rapier wit and immense knowledge of traffic straddling busses.
A 300 hp Camry is a terrifying thought. The bumper corners will never see it coming!
It’s just a pre-collision system. The airbag goes off and you’re almost guaranteed to crash immediately after
David is right and you all are wrong. Next question please
I disagree, gen 3 legacy was easily the prettiest. Otherwise yeah this place sounds like heaven
In my town, Davis CA, there are as many bikes as cars on the road. When I’m biking, all I see is bad drivers who turn across you and don’t signal and roll coal at you. I nearly went into the back of a cargo van the other day who decided that he had to suddenly be in the bike lane.
I’m amazed that there is no factory turbo option. Are new Subarus not as Lego as they used to be in the ej era? Seems like they could just slap the turbo engine and piping in from the WRX and it would bolt straight up.
Hmm, I love it but it’s just so ugly. Not to mention lethal
Those gen 3 legacies were beautiful though. Culmination of late 90s design giving you good lines and a unique face
How does a 3 year old car require so many starting attempts that the motor gets that hot wtf
Yep. Worked for me. Saved me from a lot more unibody damage too
Trucks aren’t particularly efficient and don’t handle well, as well as lower the safety standard of our roads. But I can completely understand that driving one makes you feel special. In the same way, I would feel awesome driving a 65 Thunderbird, which is outperformed in every metric by a 20 year old Corolla. Logical…
I do want them, but it’s just not in the cards right now...
Presumably that’s a “pedal” to get around the whole “needs to be able to be pedaled like a bike” regulation
