I think the “in computer game” portion of this is an important caveat. On a real track, grip can change in the marbles, in a drizzle of rain, where a little dirt gets kicked up around curbs, where a car leaks a bit- and the human interpretation of the grip level that can be expected is a unique talent...for now.

God, that would drive me brother INSANE lmao

My 2004 Mustang GT has mismatched quarter panel brake duct faux-grating. One is honeycomb pattern, the other is horizontal bar pattern.

Can you imagine the Boomer factory original MOPAR types with something like your parts-bin special?

9 out of 10 times this has nothing to do with engineering and everything to do with management or department bullshit.

Texas Mode engaged: Attack Cyclists

I can’t speak to labour rates, but I work in fleet, and we’re seeing an increasing number of cars idled due to back ordered parts that either don’t exist, or are trapped somewhere in the supply chain.

Thats the best damn writing Ive seen on this site.  Too bad its a quote from another article.

These are about $5,000 when you find one for sale. They may be a somewhat rare but I really like the second generation the best and could see paying closer to the asking price for one of those.

One of the many reasons I love owning a garage. What boggles my mind is how many people in my neighborhood have a garage, but they don’t park in it. They use it to store junk instead.

So you’re that bean counter the engineers always blame when someone dies because something was under-engineered?

New people turn 50 every day.

I’m sure there would be a lot more Transit connect buyers if it was offered with the RS drive-train.

Ask one of those engineers how they feel about removing a ‘redundant’ safety system from a device that directly impacts the health and safety not only of the user but the people in the immediate vicinity.

Just ask.

I’ve said it before in the comments of another article and I’ll say it again here: Tesla’s shenanigans are going to eventually affect the resale value of its vehicles. Consumers are going to wise up to the growing list of mid-year tweaks, and realize that you have to know the build date of the car to know if you’re

lol, just typical tech baron shit. I appreciate Tesla for all its done in mainstreaming EVs and building a car company from scratch. Truly impressive feats. However, as someone who will most certainly by an EV here in the next few years i wouldnt ever consider buying one from Tesla.

I think a lot of people get in to it after buying a new car, thinking they’ll make up the car payment + some profit, and then sell it in a couple years. Obviously being in good condition is key to this strategy.

CVT is fine for daily use if you’re a “normal” user. For an enthusiast or anyone seeking more performance, it’s horrible.

These people are deeply embarrassing.

The worship and fetishization of the rich in this country knows no bounds.
