No, it’s actually an homage to the Garmisch

Nah it’s an homage to the first gen X3

Good Lord! I need a palate cleanser after seeing that!

It keeps getting bigger and bigger.

I think they’re also ignoring the possibility of cars “talking” with one another. Humans are unpredictable, I don’t know what the guy the next lane over is planning on doing 10 seconds from now (he probably doesn’t either because most drivers don’t plan ahead at all) and that could cause a collision.

Oh I’m sure they recognize they can’t stop self driving cars, but they can manipulate the data in their favor to do quite a few things. like slow consumer adoption, dampen legislative support, and support flawed models that enable them to keep insurance mandatory and rates high. Pretty much like what the IIHS has done

I’m not necessarily indicting the data, because I do think self driving cars will still be safer enough to be worth pushing (if done properly). But let’s be clear about one thing here. The IIHS is not an independent source. They owe their funding and allegiance to insurance companies. They’re basically an insurance ind

Federal oversight would be a joke. Unions gave $400,000,000 to Obama in a single campaign. I’m sure they’ll grease the palms of anybody that is necessary to stay in control.

Good.  Who’s next?

Neutral: I wouldn’t be surprised to see a hydrogen infrastructure for truckers, and a charging infrastructure for everyone else. Truckers can’t afford to waste time recharging, and it’s realistic to establish a limited hydrogen infrastructure along highways (akin to Tesla’s supercharger network)

Volts are pretty good, yo.

GM (or any manufacturer) will never be successful in the EV game until they take over sales directly. The dealers will never be on board.

Raphael’s total failure to mention the Bolt, available at every (or nearly every) Chevrolet dealership in the country, is bizarre. Sure, it’s not a worldwide top-seller like the Model 3, but GM does produce one of the country’s most popular BEVs.

A fleet vehicle that only drives predictable routes in city centers makes much more sense as an EV than a personal vehicle.

Fact check: Misleading.

Also the voices I am hearing are now calling themselves “co-workers” and have taken on personalities.

Erik doesn’t give a shit about cars anyways, unless it’s a Honda Fit.

All the rebounding, all the things rebounding, I’m going to take credit for this. The economy is healed. I’ll go so far as to say that each and every one of you needs to buy a car or I’ll personally shoot you. I know words and my words are never small. They’re long and beautiful, like a high class broad. All the
