Maybe there’s Quantum Air™.
Maybe there’s Quantum Air™.
Man, I wish Abrams had found a way to make that clearer in the movie. Would have led to a lot less screaming about “magic Force powers”.
So now Jedi skills are just DLC from Disney?
You know what would’ve made The Last Jedi a ton more interesting? They should’ve acknowledged that, and actually explored it in the movie. That is a pretty important trait of Rey’s, and they let a kid’s book that few will read be the one to highlight it.
Sad day when reading a junior novelization is required to understand the logic of your movie characters developmental arc.
Hi, egoshoppe here, I created this gif. Just to clarify if there’s any confusion, this is highlighting the now-canon concept of Rey downloading skills from Kylo when she forced her way back into his mind in The Force Awakens. From the Junior Novelization:
Congrats, this was more informative and relevant than the article...
Isn’t that everything you need to know? If there’s no limit to life span why then is everyone dying so young?
Because some people want to know WHY they hate something, especially if it’s a major part of a franchise they like so much. That’s why he’s going to dissect the rest of the films, to show what they did right and what they did wrong, including the prequels that he greatly enjoys.
Whatever the merits of the latest cycle of Star Wars films, the fallout from them has been pop culture’s most consistent source of entertainment for the past six months.
You would if you got paid for it.
He did the analysis because his Unbridled Rage video on TLJ was a HUGE hit for him.
There’s nothing new about fan freak outs like this, it's just that the media didn't used to think that people whining on the internet was newsworthy and now they apparently do.
Yeah, I’ll be honest....I question the sanity of anyone who makes 5 hours of video critiquing a 2.5 hour movie.
The direction was also great. Good acting from everybody. Shots were clean and crisp and purposeful. I wish the story had had the same level of quality.
Rian Johnson was the right director for this movie, but he was not the right screenwriter, in my opinion (of course).
Why, for public mockery, of course. Not to be confused with Colin Mochrie.
These people wouldn’t even be a factor if not for a troll-dependent media that needs them for page clicks. It’s people with no rights to something trying to make a movie out of it. It’s going to fail, badly, and a lot of people are going to lose money on it. It doesn’t need to be promoted unless you want to encourage…
Why do you write an article about a tweet that got 54 likes ? The problem is you like using the most ridiculous extremist assholes to make everybody believe that anyone who did not like TLJ (and I liked it initially, not anymore) is exactly like these 54 people. That’s ridiculous.
As much as I loved the original Star Wars and highly disliked the new Star Wars I’ve just accepted that Star Wars is now something I am no longer interested in. The writing no longer seems interesting or well done in my opinion so I won’t go see them anymore.
