I understand the thinking behind this opinion, but not the logic. If you’re buying off the lot, all but the marketing expenditures are out of the way for a new car as well.

Works for roasting as well. I make this side that is a dozen or so green beans wrapped in bacon, roasted, then drizzled in a sauce. They’re much better with a short blanch before hand.
