Just don’t stress out about how much you’re drinking, don’t worry about tracking every drop of water intake, and don’t worry about dehydration unless you actually feel it.

You might not feel like you’re getting that much if you’re using a strict accounting that onlyincludes water, but when it comes to hydration, your body doesn’t know the difference between water you drink and water you get elsewhere.

I’d like to know what languages are the most ‘useful’. By useful I mean it is spoken by the most people I have a ‘reasonable chance of interacting with’. And by ‘reasonable chance of interacting with’ I mean has regular access to the net.

As an englishman from quebec, I’d say about 40 years. So if I have another ten or so years I’ll be fluent.
