Samsung makes up 65% of the android market. Their next closest competitor (LG) makes up 7%. In smart phone in general Samsung makes up 25% of the entire smartphone market. Apple only makes up 12%.

I tried this and the memory setting. My phone lost all data connections in all apps. I restarted my phone. It brought the data connection back. Until I reopened Chrome, then the net stopped working again. Undid the changes, still had to restart my phone before I got connection again.
