Only issue I have is that last climb bit, he took the Jeep up first and took it rather tentatively, going up slowly then adding power as he was already climbing.

I would do trains if they weren’t so expensive to begin with.  Then I have to figure out local transportation ala a rental car.

I have taken Greyhounds. They are fine. What is not fine, is the other passengers riding the Greyhounds.

I fly a lot for work 90% in economy ( the only way I get an upgrade if they can’t find another way to get the me there ) and since I actually do something for living I can’t do it via video conference. There are alot of us out there that do real things that make the world work for the world’s paper pushers.  

Hope you never want to go to another continent or an island like Hawaii.  It’s gonna be a hell of a drive.

Opinions like this make some good populist kindling, but never addresses a) how money currently collected is being wasted and how to fix that and b) what exactly would this money be used for and c) who are we punishing and to what ends?

It is almost like Aaron doesn’t realize airfare is already taxed, and if you travel more you already pay more tax. He seems to be getting desperate in coming up with new ways to say vehicular travel is bad on a car blog. 

Have you taken a Greyhound recently? I have, from Phoenix to LA, which is a fairly short ride at only 8 hours... it was such a miserable experience that I would rather pay 5x the amount to fly, or just drive the 4-5 hours myself in the comfort of my own car.

Because what the government really needs is MORE of our money.
