I think it’s the logic that they searched his vehicle before identifying it in a search warrant or having probable cause. Not a Kraft fan, but it would be similar to police secretly video taping you at a party, where someone was maybe doing some drugs, then having them pull you over later, saying they had you on tape…

I wish that were true, but since the Industrial Revolution, it has been getting better. American industry, with prodding form the government and watchdog groups, has been steadily improving the safety and testing of products, but it is an unfortunate byproduct(feature?) of capitalism that the dollar wins out.
