On a related note, I also take a photo of where I’ve parked my rental car. Not only to remind me of where it is, but in some cases what it is. 

I don’t know the answer, but it was drilled into me at a young age that companies are never (with the rare outlier to prove the rule) in it for the greater good. They are always in it to make money. If decision A makes more financial sense than decision B, then A’s gonna get the vote.

I know (at least in the 2 states/localities where I’ve worked) that it’s against health code to allow people to take food home from a buffet. The food is deemed safe to be held at serving temps for the hour or two that the buffet is active, but since the food is being help at temp for those lengths of time, it’s not
