1) Transformed healthcare with kids through CHIP which was the main inspiration for Obamacare which she helped to write and make law. That’s why people say Hillarycare instead of Obamacare sometimes.
Good ridance, you terrible person. You were absolutely shit as the head of HP. You forced children to take part in your anti-choice propoganda, kids who just happened to be at the same museum you were but there for a field trip that had nothing to do with your farce of a presidential campaign.
Yes. My grandmother was an LPN back in the fifties and she used to yell at all of her women friends to stop shoving talc up there and “powdering” their undies. They didn’t listen, but even then she swore it caused cancer.
Around their vaginas in underwear, on their vulva and mons pubis. Which of course means some will inevitably get in the vagina.
The idea is that it can cause ovarian cancer if you shove it up the hoohah and some of the particles travel up through the cervix all the way to the ovaries. There have been no studies linking refined cosmetic talcum powder to lung cancer AFAIK, probably because your lungs are very good at filtering out air…
I use the Lush one called No Drought that smells like key lime pie— it’s essentially just corn starch, talc, and fragrance. I like that I can put it on my hands and rub it into my scalp.
I think the only potential risk comes from inhaling it, so you might want to be careful about that. Same with loose powder makeup, etc.
It’s safe to use on your head. Do not put it in your undies.
This is about women who, back in the day, basically poured baby powder into their vaginas. You’re fine with it on your head — or anywhere really, considering that there’s no evidence that the current iteration causes cancer
I do both, actually. I use my regular solid deodorant first, then put a layer of powder on. Unless I’m walking a long way, it usually works perfectly.
I believe Johnson’s has switched to cornstarch now, so it should be fine. Also, it should be fine in your hair anyway.
I use a corn starch/baking soda mixture as body powder and dry shampoo. But I have no evidence that it’s any safer. Sometimes it seems like everything is going to kill you.
“Multiple scientific and regulatory reviews have determined that talc is safe for use in cosmetic products and the labeling on Johnson’s Baby Powder is appropriate.”
i was in an internship with bee shaffer. every year the met ball rolls around and i see her in an unfailingly gorgeous gown i go over to facebook to check if she still has not erased me from her friends’ list.

It’s interesting that she chose to wear Steven Tyler’s entire body, face, and hair as an outfit. Certainly fits the theme.
omg she actually looks like that girl from my childhood you’re describing + I always think that
i know, i didn’t say it was harmful. but it’s too much and i have second-hand embarrassment watching it.
I’ve never been a HUGE Beyonce fan, but she’s no Kardashian. I don’t see her pimping out her life falsely for publicity. I think this may be an authentic expression of some universal truths/pain.
