Lets be more specific: this is a good example at how dumb, mainly, white americans have become/always been.

Good to hear!
Youre totally correct that a RTT is not remotely mandatory. No argument there.
Youre certainly correct but i am thinking about getting a rooftop tent as i am tired of sleeping on the ground and setting up a tent. I have a small trailer now that i use when its workable but im not towing that thing down a narrow 4x4 shelf road so i still pitch a tent regularly. Im sort of tired of it.
good point/question!
This is a good point! I have awd/4wd on the brain given where i live but youre certainly correct that if that isnt a need a minivan is a damn good choice.
Ive worked for 20 years for giant service providers and i can see how this could happen back in the day but now this is just pure insanity.
This looks fantastic and the hybrid would be an excellent DD. Now, lets wait 2 to 3 years for Ford to iron out the many, seemingly inevitable, launch problems.
Thanks for the nuanced review because i must admit that when i saw the top line specs i thought this was a total joke. However, you make a compelling case for it.
Sounds about white
Outback is long enough to comfortably sleep in for a lot of ppl, me included, where a Forester wouldnt be. Or a 4Runner.
Unless this guy is going to altitude and/or actual 4x4 trails the correct and obvious answer is: Outback.
This looks like itll be a hit with affluent people everywhere.
You are quite dumb. Google induced demand. Youre welcome.
Our campers look similar in size. How did your Subee tow? I often vacation at altitude so my Xterra will struggle some towing even the near 2k pounds total of the trailer + stuff.
Your generous and reasonable take makes no sense on an internet forum. Please retract. :)
Still remaining excited for this and withholding judgment until we see more.
The GOP here is trying to do the same to this country. And we are far more beholden to gas/cars than England.
Yeah, if its just me i often will just take my Outback and sleep in it. Works out great. But if its my gf and me and we are going somewhere for multiple nights its a nice luxury to have weather protection and a place to eat inside if the weather sucks and someplace dry/warm to hole up in.
Live in the desert - can confirm.
