Generally, yes. I did buy a very small teardrop’esque trailer this year after thinking about it for years and so far so good. However, it has only the most rudimentary of electric system and zero plumbing/heating/cooling of any sort.

Oh, i hear ya. There are no perfect solutions here. As someone with 20+ summits of a 14er here in CO myself i see some horrific and dumb shit out there.

I genuinely think the Lucid looks great! But Mercedes has some all time classics in its lineup and we cant stay the same, yet, for Lucid.

My question is about your sanity when you say that this looks better than any Mercedes in history.

i mean at some point you cant control everything. Almost inherently a multi-ton vehicle eating shit poses more of a risk to others than a hiker falling to his death.

MAGA to the bone i guess. Im sure under Texas law this kid will get a medal for his glorious patriotism and ownership of the libs.

Its an actual road and its pretty easy coming from the eastern side of the pass up to the switchbacks coming down to Telluride. The only way to do the full road is east to west because where this woman crashed its one way and she was going against traffic.

Yes.. i dont see any other way to keep it open. Its become a real pain.

Native of CO here and i agree totally w/you.

As someone who is down there a bunch i think that black bear pass will need to be closed and/or permitted. Too many fucking idiots now think they can drive this. Any decent stock 4x4 can do this but........... the devil is in the details of course.

This is obviously an insanely good car but it would be too much car for my skill lvl. Count me in for a 718/cayman gts. A neighbor a few years back had one of those and it was divine. At least for my base level of driving skill.

That blue color on the Spark is really quite nice.

lol, wtf? Where do you live? Ive needed a tow at various times all across this dumb country and its taken hours more than a few times.

Perhaps? A manufacturer could just put in the screens and whatnot and bluetooth and call it a day and just let the customer choose satellite radio or connect their phone via BT and wash their hands of it.

the thing with super fucking smart coders is that they are force multipliers of one. He can do more as one person than any other 100 average coders. He has a front end business/sales guy, one accountant, one lawyer, and that is basically it. He is the epitome of work smarter not harder.

This is actually a really good point and i had not thought of it this way. I actually like that my 2 current cars are quite analog and i know that goes away if i buy a new one.

I have literally never seen one of these. Coming back from hiking down to the bottom of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison last weekend i stopped for gas in Montrose and saw an Audi R8, a Vantage, and a GT3 in a parking lot. Again, in Montrose, CO.

Yeah, this is certainly true. fwiw, however, my buddy quit GM to start his own software company and is now a multimillionaire. Hes good enough to work wherever he wants but hes a detroit kid who loved GM.

I wonder when car manufacturers will learn that this is folly and pointless? My cars are old and archaic so i just use my phone but my friends with new BMWs and Tesla’s and so on also just use their phones.

The wrx is not underpowered. Not everything needs 500hp. The wrx is plenty, plenty real world fast.
