Interesting. How are you renting yours out? I got mine this Summer and i am on pace for 30 nights in it by end of October. I am still not convinced im going to keep it but its been nice to be inside when teh rain/hail/wind hits.

To your last point you are, mostly, correct. The rural parts of the West are basically 100% white and oftentimes very, very, very racist and hostile to any/all outsiders especially folks who are non-white.

Until not that long ago i lived in a fancy/very expensive apartment in RiNo and while it was being talked about and i am sure it will happen..it was still just talking. My friends who live downtown currently also say that its in the works but not yet there.
