Yes, you are entirely correct. What i had done last week was the recall for the recall for the recall. This is supposedly now “fixed” per my communication with Subaru of America.

Its been a multi-step, multi-year process getting the airbags on my Outback fixed but i finally got them done last week at the dealer.

right. I am also in the market for a new DD in 2021 and while probably a Crosstrek or something similar best fits my needs/wants ill keep an eye out on the EVs. I mean if VW ever puts out the EV Microbus i might say screw it and get it even though itll not be cheap. 

Oh, for sure. Theyre not a world striding colossus or anything and the EV market will just balloon and honestly there should be 10s of millions of EVs of all sorts being sold worldwide in the near’ish future.

I agree w/both of your points. EVs are the future of single person/small family transportation (assuming we have a future), period, so every other manufacturer needs to get their shit together.
