Ugh yes, the detailed floor plans wind me up the most. It always just boils down to “I couldn’t see what was making the noise from where I was lying”.

I feel lucky that I have older people in my life who are honest about the past. They’ll readily tell me about their peers (or themselves) who were lazy and entitled back then. And how older folks used that as an excuse to say the same things about about them as are said about millenials now.

I had a friend who was voting conservative against literally all his best interests. His only reason was a vague “we need a change”. He didn’t seem to get that their whole shtick is pretty much in the name.

Wasn’t there an article on here not too long ago about strangulation? Like, how if a guy does that as part of domestic abuse then there’s a much higher chance of escalating to attempting murder? Something like that.

It’s a fleeting chance, but maybe someone at the hospital will twig that he’s being taken advantage of and take some sort of action.
