Family and money don’t always make the best mix. That said, sounds like the kid is a hard worker and responsible enough to budget. And parents have enough cash to outright purchase. In this case co-signing a loan would probably work out.

I’ve said it before, but if VW had made a Golf GTI wagon available in the US, I would’ve bought one instead of my 2019 MK7.5 GTI Rabbit Edition (basically an S with the lighting package, safety gizmos and some different trim and 2 unique color choices).

It seems highly subjective, is all. I really do not know how someone directed to fill out gov. docs as “white,” but not of European descent, ought to respond. Maybe a case of “worst they can say is ‘no,’” but that nuance seems to go against the spirit of such a program.

Do Afghans count? If not, what about Pakistani Pashtuns or Kazakhs? Honestly curious how this differs from census-like categories, which seem to brush over smaller groups in either direction- its own kind of uniformity.
