Have you seen Ladies and Gentlemen, The Fabulous Stains? Diane Lane is also in it. If you’ve not seen it, it is the trashiest thing you will ever love.

They’re not at Blue Blues?

Bosch is still on? I tried to watch it, and found it torture. And I love hard-boiled, gritty detective schlock.

As someone who is white and likes to think she’d be considered a low-grade feminist (TM), I not only agree but volunteer. I grew up the only female in a family of 6. I am a flinty, mean old thing and I would destroy her.

Wasn’t that famed character actress Ann Dowd?

Can I ask, why? I’ve met people who’ve not seen BJH, but I’ve never met anyone who didn’t like it. I am over the moon for that show and am always interested in hearing critical takes on things I love unabashedly.

I saw that, too.

As soon as I saw that fat suit I said “oh no, it’s all over”. What a waste of a return opportunity. I bet Aja would have stuck around through this round, had she been brought back instead. I DID love the “previously on”, as I missed the shot of the eliminated queens coming back into the workroom. MORGAN’S FACE!

that never gets old

Did they even show BeBe talking to the other girls in deliberation or did she just purr “everyone knows I am NOT being eliminated today” at Shangela & Trixie and just waltz away? I love her regal, bougie attitude and would cheerfully pay $24.95 a month plus sales tax just to watch her look down her nose at people.

I love it, have seen every episode multiple times and adore it for all the flaws. I grew up in a large, messy, but ultimately cold family and watching the Pfeffermans, even at their most challenging, wraps me up in a warm blanket. I wish they had explored even more of the backstory on Rose and Gittel. Those scenes

Every part of me shrivels when I see him. He was terrible in a similarly terrible movie where he played a cop posing as a nanny. Worth it to see him semi-humiliated for 2 hours with commercial breaks. .

If a Hallmark Xmas movie does not include Santa (whose presence mandates the addition of the ‘big city girl who learns a lesson about the true meaning of Christmas’) then it has to include the widowed young mother who is emotionally closed off but opens up to the handsome gazebo builder in her small town, while

They are the best, do not be embarrassed. The world is presently a terrible place, we all find our little pockets of peace where we can. There is nothing better than a Hallmark mystery marathon on a rainy Sunday.

Evil Lincoln, are you my soul mate? Can we gab about how utterly terrible Cameron Mathison is in these things? Or how hard it is to tell James Tupper and Colin Ferguson apart?

So true. I wish they had kept ‘Love You More’, it was so funny and Loni Anderson! Also: your avatar is taking my blackened soul higher and higher, so thank you for that! We all need daily reminders of the majesty & grace that is Hollyhock Manheim-Mannheim-Guerrero-Robinson-Zilberschlag-Hsung-Fonzerelli-McQuack.

Agreed x 100. I used to love Archer, but have not been able to sit through one full episode since season 4 ended. As long as BoJack does not lose that distinctive voice, I am thrilled for whatever new projects may come from RB-W.

Randall, I love you. I wanted you to know that. Fati 4eva! She won my heart forever when she nearly dropped to her knees when Chicago Joe lost the quickfire elimination. Also the first time I am 100% torn for this finale. I will be equally crushed and elated no matter what.

I have those Directors Label DVD collections. The Chris Cunningham compilation is so fun and disturbing. I have the Sednaoui/Corbijn/Romanek/Glazer one, too. Both excellent.

I know how late this is, but I had to chime in: he boring. He was fine as a contestant, as long as he/his craft were the center of the attention and praise. His heart is not in being a judge, I think. I imagine he is one of those challenging, withholding mentors.
