May I ask how you managed to learn proper self-care? Because it is something I still struggle with. I am getting better, but for the most part my subconscious is still adamant that "taking care of myself" means sleeping for most of the day and/or binge-eating unhealthy foods. :(

I think that a big part of my problem is that I DON'T have extensive experience getting naked with new people. I've only had sex with two people. One was when I was 30-40 lbs lighter, and the other was someone quite a bit heavier than me and I dated him for 4.5 years.
