I would be a lot more angry if I hadn’t only paid 20 bucks for it.

I wouldn’t say it’s an effective method of protest. I find the ‘protesting bad companies’ argument to be flimsy at best.

I’m sure some people will try to use it that way, but I don’t plan to and I consider it an abuse of the system, and I’m also pretty sure I read that Steam will be tracking people who do this and preventing it from becoming a real thing.

I’ve seen both seasons of the show. Kirito never reset his level, or at least it’s never mentioned in the anime. In fact, Suguha asks him why he didn’t bring his SAO avatar over at the end of the first season and he gives some excuse about it being a new game or something, and Sugu gets all incest creepy about her

This kills the Mikasa.

Does this one start you mid-story with a high level and a ton of skills already learned, again, or do they let you level up a bit on your own? I get that Kirito and co are high level or whatever in the show because they got to keep their SAO avatars, but this isn’t that...I hope.

The established groups have been around for ~20 years and never release infected cracks. Those are added by middlemen, usually from China or Russia, and are easily avoided by using private trackers or just reading the comments on any given torrent and sticking to trusted uploaders.

I guess? Most actions can. That boiled down statement of fact doesn’t really address any underlying causes or issues though.

Mad Max was great, but I mean, it came out what, a month and a half ago? Of course it’s been relegated to a single screen in favor of the new blockbuster.

You know, that reminds me...Tales of Destiny 2 was a great game, but no one ever seems to talk about it. Yet here it is sporting the same price tag as Suikoden 2, a game EVERYONE talks about.

I’m still pissed at the huge gap between the JP release of XBX and the English release. That kind of lag is getting to be unacceptable in the modern day world.

Nor should they. My reasons are mostly benign IMO, but I’m not fooling myself. I know that the vast majority of people who pirate games are doing it because it’s free and only because it’s free.

Not even worth it.

Sure, I pirate games all the time. I’m also an avid buyer of games, both digital and physical. I have no money issues preventing me from buying EVERY game if that’s what I actually wanted to do.

Guess the walking simulator market wasn’t as big as they thought. Or maybe it was the lack of groundbreaking new character types, like a faekin that can only communicate through tumblr. I guess we’ll never know.

Who cares what they’re ‘squeezing out’ if it’s fun? It’s like complaining that they’re overusing Mario when they make Mario Kart or Smash Bros.

I was having the same quandary as you and what decided it for me was the inevitable DLC. I don’t want to mess around with changing my Vita region or buying Japanese PSN cards so I can buy DLC on the Japanese store.

I pre-ordered one and I’m happily going to flip it to the highest paying idiot I can find.

If you’re going to do this article, you should also talk about the way long time Destiny players are getting screwed over with The Taken King, where they are offering a Collector’s edition for like 80 dollars that comes with new exotics, shaders, etc. This edition is the only way to get those items.

There are heroes who don’t specialize in either doing damage OR healing though. Pretty unfair to them.
