Sometimes, I want the gritty fantasy storytelling of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt without dealing with hundreds of hours of content or an open world map.
Harassing him over who you think he voted for and for the Church he goes to is psychotic. I was raised Hasidic Jew and my wife a Columbian Catholic family both of us experienced homophobia just us much from none religious people as religious. The fact that we keep vilifying select people for their religious beliefs…
@Laserface1242:
Seems like the person you’re attacking agrees?
I mean... they can have games that feature political turmoil from the characters and setting, without trying to make some sort of grand political statement about the real world.
But I guess that kind of nuance is a bit difficult for some of the contributors around here, who would rather just post reactionary news…
I guess X (ecstasy) really gon’ gave it to him.
I really would have liked to discover this on my own.

A nuanced and sensible take on a Kotaku article... that’s ALSO top voted? 2020 is continuously catching me off-guard.
wonderful handle btw
Is it a “bad decision” that you can’t play Gone Home from the perspective of a heterosexual male? Each developer can choose how they feel their game should be made. You can expect every developer to make a hundred different versions of a game to cater to each individuals world view.

Good & Bad are relative.
according to you! Not every game has to have playable men and women, not every game has to give the choice etc.dont like it dont buy it simple as.
If a game or developer does not align with your politics and you feel strongly about it, then don’t buy the game. By all means, take a stand. Sign an online petition stating that you’re not buying the game because it fails to give equal representation to women. If you want to enact real change and enough people feel…
