The Thorn bounty is one I picked up like, 4 weeks after Destiny launched. I never completed it until just last week, when I came back to the game and finally acquired a void primary (or two actually, Atheon’s Epilogue and Word of Crota).

Does the Asian version have the laughably awful localization that Hollow Fragment did? I had to stop playing that game simply because none of it ever made any sense.

The old leak said there was going to be a new map. It’s not a planet but a ‘Hive Ship’, though, so take that as you will. You can tell it’s a major new map because the leak had it listed for a Patrol.

Considering the event itself was free and I got to watch cool trailers for (mostly) awesome games on a big theater screen, I didn’t hesitate at all this year in my attempt to get tickets.

I’m surprised other people’s cities sold out faster than Seattle, which I finally managed to get a couple tickets for.

They gave out codes for the Destiny ‘alpha’, Battlefield Hardline preview event, 10 dollars PSN cash, and a couple other goodies.

You don’t get free stuff for watching at home. Last year they gave out access to the Destiny ‘alpha’, which was really just a Destiny preview, but still. Also 10 free PSN bucks and a few other goodies.

I picked it up again the day before Wolves dropped. I quit before Dark Below and haven’t really played since. I’m having a blast and decided to get both the expansions based on how much more fun the game was even without them at this point.
