I’m partial to the 2014 Final between the Kings and Rangers. The Kings won in 5, but three of those games went two overtime, with two going to double-overtime. The only game not decided by a single goal was Game 3, with the Kings winning 3-0. It was a closer series than the final result would indicate.

Are you sure it was only this week? I’m pretty sure Twitter’s been wrecking this country for a lot longer.

Vaas is a pretty entertaining villain, but the Buck storyline was so twisted. Hoyt felt like he should have been in an entirely different game.

I’m with you on disliking silent protagonists. I may be in the minority on this, but switching from a silent protagonist in Dead Space to a fully voiced character in Dead Space 2 made me care much more about Isaac. I find that I’ve cared very little about the story in a game like the Division because of this, but

Full disclosure: Not a fan of either team (Vegas put my team to sleep in the first round), so I think I can be objective about this play.

It doesn’t surprise me that Reaves said something about Wilson but not his own play. That play by Reaves is definitely a cross-check and should be a penalty, but it’s the kind of play that is so common in front of the net that I wouldn’t be surprised if he actually forgot that he did it before scoring the goal. It’s

The heat map is of the even-strength goals. The first goal was a power play goal.

To me, the single biggest change between 80s hockey and today is the significant improvements to goaltending. Yes, equipment is oversized and that helps, but the goaltender is no longer the guy who can’t skate and just has a knack for getting in front of a shot. Now, he’s often the best athlete on the team, and has

“Not enough horse collar for my taste.”

I’m a fan of the LA Galaxy, and I think the card was totally deserved both for the slap and for the dive.

For starters, they’ll have to learn to accept losing one player. This team was built on the fears of other GMs who were so hell-bent on dictating which player Vegas would get from their roster that they forked over decent players to protect a certain guy. Anaheim didn’t want to lose Sami Vatanen (who they traded

My prediction will be that Vegas wins a game in a Stanley Cup Final before the Blues do (currently 0-12).

That is correct. Winnipeg had never been past the second round, and the Caps have only made the Final once.

Maybe so that justice will be... served.

Reputation is everything in private practice. This was literally the second piece of advice my torts professor gave to my class on the first day of law school

Except Byfuglien would be outside of the car when he turned it around.

Fine. We’ll just keep the world’s 5th largest economy to ourselves.

Tentherism... I’m stealing that.

I wanted Rage’s engine in Fallout 4. Oh well.
