If only the whining droves would stand behind their words and not purchase this on release. This NFT bullshit will run rampant through every new game for years because nowhere near enough consumers are willing to make a stand.

You can’t see the invisible suppressor artifact he has attached to his gun? Well that makes sense, because it’s invisible.
Please remember the patterns AAA developers follow. Do your remember horse armor in oblivion ? First there is push back from the gamers TM and some blogs but give it a year or 2. And some juicy titles such as GTA6 online , TES6 and FIFA 202X and people will lapp that sheit up.
This is going to seriously hinder their ability to pump out a new virtually identical Far Cry and Assassins Creed game every year...
Good. Fuck ‘em.
Well their first problem was not making it look like a disgusting, poorly drawn monkey.
it is non-fungible
I’m ridiculously excited for this.
If anyone can show people just how pointless and grifty NFT’s are, it will be the perennial disappointment, Peter Molyneux. His involvement alone should make a few potential cryptobros turn away from the whole thing.
I was thinking (in light of the context) that she looks like a mom reacting to her teenage son seeing side boob for the first time
Thanks for continuously reporting these stories (and the memos). The more it’s out there, the more they can’t run from it. Keep this issue visible.
I think this person probably thinks westerners like these anime adaptations because we keep making them for some reason.
I’m not naive. The entry price being $0 simply means more aggressive strategies for return on investment. I don’t care if “it was out of the goodness of their hearts”, this is a transaction. We get a fun, functioning game with a miminimally invasive (if not frustrating) monetization system as a compromise. It’s far…
My understanding/experiences is that it’s not always ironic or negative in connotation and sometimes synonymous with “big brain”. The following sentences don’t suggest it’s negative.
Hot damn. It is so refreshing to hear “We’re on break. We care. We will be working on it. But we are on break.”
I hope that break is real, honored, and felt for all levels of the production team. I’m enjoying the game and will gladly wait on improvements delivered by a healthy team.
It is indeed. It is a black spot on an otherwise so respectable company.
They aren’t, though. This’d be like if GRRM died and his body was infested and ambulated by a rat king.
The Elder Scrolls 6 is probably still several years away at best.
I remember those days. They even decided not to do a F4BLE, and instead started on a Fable As Service game, which died. Execs are as imaginative as Hollywood execs.
let’s not tempt them
*looks at PS2 shelf with all three games still there*
