Demon’s Souls, hopefully, if my PS5 arrives. It should have been here yesterday but a “train derailment has caused delays”. If not, then I think I’ll play more CrossCode.
They’re no longer interested in competing with the Germans on performance, but they definitely still have to compete on interior. And with Lincoln too, surprisingly. I see a LOT of brand new Lincolns in a place (Newport Beach) that can afford much more expensive cars. Lincoln has actually reinvented itself and made a…
An announcement of Bloodborne 2, and/or more Elden Ring info. Maybe some more info on the next installment of FF7:R. I need something to look forward to.
Mass Effect 2 was great on its own, but it was so much better to me personally because of how disappointed I was with the first game. The loot in the first game was boring, first and foremost. It is not exciting to get the exact same gun with a slight stat increase and a number change (yay, a Naginata VIII to replace…
I understand its your job to play a lot of different games, but this is common knowledge to most Destiny players. All it takes is some exploring of the new menus and options that were added in 2018, no lurking Kinja comments required (as if it’s a great news source to begin with?). For all of the faults with this…
I’m looking forward to seeing this interpretation of Greek mythology after playing Hades extensively since it hit the Switch.
Fans of the lore may find this interesting: Crow was Uldren’s name in the original Destiny script, before it was scrapped halfway through development and reassembled from bits and pieces. Which is why D1's story was a garbled mess and had to be told through Grimoire cards.
As others mentioned, the rubber came off of mine. I glued it back on and that worked for about a year. The rubber coating on my left stick also came off from wear, so now I’m using the taller mushroom shaped stick on the left side. It’s a beat up mess now, and I still use it every day. I want to buy a new one but I…
Disappointed that nobody has mentioned the Lamborghini Estoque. This was around 2008 I believe.
Yeah I was scratching my head at that one. I normally would just play aggressively and nuke him with my Bloodtinge build/Chikage. Often the guy who summoned me would run upstairs to deal with the hags and the boss would be dead by the time he killed them. I would help out on a lot of different bosses but One Reborn…
Orphan was the one who kicked my ass the most. For a while I would camp outside One Reborn’s arena and just help people with it. People really seemed to struggle with him, and I never quite understood why.
Bloodborne was my first experience with the Souls series. I couldn’t get past that first courtyard full of crazy people for the longest time. I gave up on it for like a year. When I finally went back to it, Gascoigne gave me a lot of trouble. After him, it started to make more sense and I understood the appeal.
Hopefully they make one that doesn’t look like an egg.
Super Mario World was the first game that I remember that did this, when you got Yoshi the theme would change and add extra “drums”. Hades also does this, more similarly to Banjo-Kazooie. It’s especially noticeable in Elysium, where once you clear a chamber you get just the excellent bass guitar, and then once you…
Bloodborne kicked my ass and I gave up on it for like a full year. Eventually I went back and got past the part that was giving me grief (which wasn’t even at the first boss). After that it just “clicked” I guess. I’m not saying the rest of the game was easy, because it wasn’t. I had got to the point where I had a…
I would start with Bloodborne, it’s the most forgiving. Demon’s Souls would be the WORST one to start with.
Came here expecting a Ferrari V10. Somewhat disappointed

I have a friend who still hates Destiny because during the first year of D1, they (stupidly) had a system where after a new expansion, you had to reacquire all of the gear you already had because they didn’t have a way to upgrade it to keep up with current power levels.
