Suzuka is special. There's so much character and history at that track.

The one owned by VW that allows you to test the true top speed of a car. Nowhere else in the world can you max out a Veyron.

The challenge of a track (monaco) is great for challenging a driver. IOM would fit the bill as well. It does not make for great racing. This list doesn't say the greatest street circuits. It says best race tracks on public roads. Change the title or change the list.

Sorry but this list is crap. There's nothing great about the Monaco race track as a race track. The history and scenary are great, but as a race track it is awful. NASCAR has embarassed itself over and over on wet road races, but it simply isn't possible to race in the rain on an oval. Indy Cars generate massive amounts of downforce.
