what about mocking them for not driving them at all?

I had a lightly-modified 1st-gen Neon back in the day, and was stoked when the SRT4 came out. I wasn’t crazy about the look, but I liked it for what it was - cheap speed with a factory warranty.

I miss the days when you can read a sentence with the word styling in it and the word aggressive is not in there.

Just don’t try to split a car.

That’s actually how Canadian property ownership works.

Here’s a pic of David Tracy driving a Cherokee down a country road at night:

Yeah, one of these.

White tops are good.

They might slap. I honestly couldn’t tell you, as I haven’t a clue what the fuck that statement means. They could also crackle and pop, for all I know. Would this be good or bad? Who knows. Who cares!

Dodge Neon?! SCCA terrorizing Dodge Neon?

I’d make the argument that the Neon with the 2.0l DOHC was a dang good car, and moved along quite well for it’s day. Especially in R/T or ACR trim.

Also the Pontiac GrandAm with the 2.3 Quad4 was a capable car as well. The same cannot be said for the Iron Duke 2.5 Tech 4 engine.

You don’t need to spend 200k to get something faster than an RS7.

My parents had a 4 door Tempo when I was growing up. How did you hear the rattles over the groaning engine or exhaust leaks?

The 2 doors was the one to get : 50% less rattles.

Forgot to mention. Mine has a LSD, brakes from a much bigger car, and everything works. No CEL, emissions all in place, cruise control. Zero torque steer, smokes both front tires in a straight line, you can let go of the steering wheel.

Well shit, this is going to tack on at least another 1,000 years onto my savings plan before I can afford one!

germany: loses the two wars it has ever been in

My father was a firm believer in never washing his vehicles. Here’s his truck after 11 years

Are they idiots, though? Stock price hasn’t taken a prolonged hit—it’s up 1.21% for the last 3 months and 16.31% YTD—and if it hasn’t by now, it’s probably not going to. Shareholders will still make money. Executive bonuses will still get handed out. Nobody with a C in their title’s gonna lose their jobs. As long as

RIP, Davey. Thanks for everything.
