It’s pretty forgettable. The Kano mention stirred some sort of memory but other than that, all I remember is a protagonist about as interesting as paint drying.

It’s always amusing when characters that would never use guns are all tooled up in videos or stills I see for Fortnite

This reminds me that it would be so cool to see the Ps2 game remastered or at least available on modern platforms.

Honestly, the idea of the digital “funkoverse” as it were is a lot less meh than the physical things themselves. It’s a remix of Disney Infinity or the Lego [Insert Franchise] games which is a formula which has shown it can work.

Probably even more so. Going to think ((((they)))) set them up by controlling minorities to snitch on him.

Not a question mark one but there is a blue block in Super Mario 64 https://www.mariowiki.com/Vanish_Cap

I mean...while the weight fluctuates can’t you describe a lot of mass shooters this way? Violence is unlikely but it’s not like America isn’t full of examples of disturbed people killing innocents in the last few weeks/months/years.

I’m gonna take a guess and say that MyFaction is basically MyTeam or fantasy league team building with huge amounts of RNG involved when you pick from packs that come in a million different varieties with players/wrestlers of increasing quality/rarity often tied to seasonal events?

If so, I’m not surprised that 2K has

God, I wish I had the patience and ability for this. Very well done.

Sure sounds like my PC would be able to play it. I also happen to have money, which you’ll recall can be exchanged for such goods as FFXVI if you’ll only allow me to purchase for a platform I own.

Brolic was def a thing we said! What a time.

I know we don’t know these people at all but I’ve been watching him since he was in The Wire as Wallace. Loved him in Friday Night Lights. And really the rest is history.

That he seems so awesome is heartwarming. The anime love is a wonderful layer on top of it all.

You’re right that anime has been good in the hood for a long time. Grew up in the Bronx in the 90s. Remember getting up at like 6 am to watch the bad DBZ dub and Sailor Moon on WB. Also remember the hype around everything Toonami stood for. Going to the completely random anime/toy shop and copping VHS copies of copies

Loooove me some Tamashii Nations. One of my absolute grails is the Green Ranger: https://www.amazon.com/Bandai-Tamashii-Nations-Morphin-Figuarts/dp/B00BQ68RX4/ref=sr_1_7?keywords=tamashii+nations+power+rangers&qid=1677797698&sprefix=tamashii+nations+poweer+%2Caps%2C139&sr=8-7

I’ve found Bandai Toys to be really legit.

You’re right but forecasting based on an extremely anomalous surge in demand due to the pandemic to the degree that you have that much waste seems like it was at least a wee bit foolish. It was never ever going to continue indefinitely.

I remember the news that came out a few years ago that either China or another country that was a major importer of this plastic waste refused to take anymore and it would cause a crisis in the states because we have no idea what to do with it.

I still recycle but more than ever the first parts of the little mnemonic

Scalpers are scum

It’s truly wild that the very best public reason they give for taking this down is “Selling you a version of this game that is free of free to play monetization mechanics ruins our business”

Isn’t anything related to subreddits or community Reddit’s domain to do with what they will? They’ve demonstrated time and again that they will get rid of things they don’t like and moderators that do not abide by their rules (and also leave obscene shit to get ahead of that possible point).

I guess I don’t understand
