I mean ... the teams clearly could afford to do some of this for free if they just want to support the troops/get the PR bonus.

You are the most boring troll on here. Please up your game.
You make an excellent point.
The funny (i.e. terrifying) thing is that I can’t tell if that’s his real tweet or one of those photoshopped fakes. He is impossible to satirize.
Personally, I’ll take someone who when agitated says insensitive things that he may not even mean over someone who actively tries to destroy people’s lives.
I seriously cannot believe how many people fell for that. Is everyone but you and me drunk right now?
“Every eight years it seems like the pendulum swings the other way..why are all my friends mad I voted for Trump?”
In fairness, some women use multiple products that have a built-in mirror (powder, blush, lip products, etc.) So some people could accumulate a bunch of them fairly quickly from their own use. But you would still have the uniformity issue.
I honestly think the mid-terms could be a wipe-out for the Republicans, massive losses for the Dems or anything in between. At the rate he is going, he could do massive damage to his party that sweeps in Dems. Or massive damage to the electoral process which essentially steals seats for Repubs. Or a little of both.
In all seriousness, I spent some time yesterday checking to make sure they were still on Facebook (I unfollowed them all so I didn’t have to see the post-election gloating.) They’re all still on there — posting very little, and all of it very non-serious stuff. Nothing even approaching news.
Eh. I know plenty of apolitical, uninformed people who think all political complaints are baseless posturing (admitedly, some are, but not ALL and certainly not 99% of those about Trump) and they are singing the “give him a chance” song.
Some of them are eating it up. If my social circle is any barometer, the ignorant and racist Trump voters are still all in. The mainstream, greedy (largely wealthy) Repubs who voted thinking about their wallets are ashamed — they like the tax stuff that helps them, but they seem to understand that he is a disaster.…
I wouldn’t say they are “hard” but they are definitely firmer than say, mucus or snot. (When I said “pop” I meant when it gets knocked loose from the tonsil.) Mine generally are the consistency/texture of, say, a partially chewed up soft pretzel or super-crusty bread. Although I did once have a hard one -- it may…
This is exactly how I came to cope with it. I used to find the idea terrifying but now ... if you’re lucky it’s fast and you’re gone like a lightswitch being flipped. No biggie. I find it very comforting, to be honest.
It’s totally possible to feel them! I get them most of the time after I’m sick. I can tell a day or two in advance when it’s forming, and then for sure when it’s ready to pop I can feel it there.
In fairness, they were brown people, so you know, they’d probably be equally mistreated in jail too.
Genuine question though: Secondary questioning is part of the screening process, yes? It’s an administrative function and not the same as when, say, someone is arriving from an overseas flight with illegal drugs in their bag and gets detained pending investigation/charges.
Explain to me how that justifies keeping a breast-feeding 11 month old from her mother for the better part of a day just because the mother and child have different countries issuing their passports.
Sure they were*, unless you are a member of one of those uncontacted tribes in the rain forest.
You’re not sure why Tom Brady would know these very basic and obvious things about someone he personally knows who has also been famous for literally all of Tom Brady’s life? Really?
