Before we get too angry, as we sure the crew member isn’t blind and simply reading the braille sponsors on the wing?

You are surprised by this? Cops murder people are not disciplined.
I still do! When I notice it takes a little extra time to turn over, I go pop open the cell ports, and fill ‘em up with distilled water. After that it will crank normally again.
Doug isn’t even 30 yet and his knowledge and tone often reflects his youth. Sometimes when I watch these its like seeing my little brother, which makes sense. They are the same age and presumably neither one can actually do any wrenching outside of the part where you give someone at the service desk a key.
I love when Doug makes an insane point about a mundane feature that’s in 99% of other cars.
This wins.
This is true though.
Kennedy Fried Chicken?!? Ask not what frying the chicken does for you, but ask how crispy you want your chicken.
And to those who say, “Don’t be so critical - you should be able to figure this out,” I say, “Or the paid writers should be able to write a proper sentence.” Writing sentences is in the top three lines of their actual job description.
Why is it too early to draw conclusions from that fact?
Yeah, but imagine if they’d done the right thing like McLaren did and built him body armor. He’d already be dead from the smoke inhalation.
Jobs belong to the dealership, not the employee. The only job you own is one you create yourself.
One man’s “Enthusiast” is another man’s “Hoarder”.
I’m sorry David, but I believe our gentleman friend, regardless of his cheery disposition, falls into “Hoarder” territory.
If they were running, driven, exhibited, or maintained....maybe I’d change my mind...but nope...we’re in straight hoarder-land here.
This. Take your kids to a sanctioned SCCA auto cross event where he can get to know his car AND get all that adrenaline out in a proper venue. More than likely he’ll be chill on public roads.
2nd gen Mr2s have a reputation for snap oversteer when you let off of the throttle. Reminds me of an accident a couple years ago in Philly when a guy lost control of his mr2 during moderate snow and died :( iirc he was a serviceman returning from Dover afb. It’s not just hydroplaning, make sure you know how your car…
Which is no less noble an endeavour, although I doubt you’ll get to post photos!
Don’t drive up big van prices w such praise! Off road camper van 4x4 conversions are terrible terrible rubbish dont google them
Daytona Turbo Z. Lusted after them when they were new, and still think they look good.
Trikes like to tip. Then you’re grounded (in)to the ground.
Agreed. This was from back when the Japanese were excessively overengineering things because the economy was great and they wanted to solidify their reputation. The Camries of this era were like the W123 or 200-series of their time—slow, but of infinitely high-quality. The Hilux sedan, I’ve heard it called. Honestly…
