Also, I don’t know if it’s still the case, but I was under the impression that the new gen consoles (PS4 mostly, as I don’t think it’s even worth mentioning Xbox) aren’t selling as well in Japan as the PS3 or PS2 did in the past. If you have a smaller install base, it’s expected that game sales will be lower too…
Pokémon Sun and Moon are already the hardest games in franchise

Juggling between Watch Dogs 2 and Pokémon Moon. I also have my copy of Final Fantasy XV waiting for me, but I don’t want to play too many things at the same time, so this one may need to wait a while.
I was wondering the same. If you receive a hacked Pokémon through trade (either local, or Wonder Trade), I’d be wary it would activate that anti-cheat feature.
I never really care about this kind of stuff. I prefer to just play the game and have fun and that’s it.

Yeah, I just saw the report on The Verge, here on Kotaku and a couple other outlets too. Not really surprised, there were talks there was a Pokémon game coming to Switch for a while. I’m curious to see how it plays out.

I almost feel like Pokémon Z was an actual game (with Zygarde being the biggest clue supporting the theory), but that Nintendo/Game Freak/The Pokémon Company canned it and pushed the development on Pokémon Sun/Moon instead (with OR/AS out in between).
Not just the fact that both games are on the same platform: Nintendo actually publishes and distributes the Yo-kai Watch games everywhere outside of Japan.

I wonder if they’re going to do a third version this time... Black/White had Black/White 2, rather than the usual 3rd version, and X/Y completely skipped it. If they end up doing a 3rd game for this generation, my money’s on Pokémon Star.

Thanks for the insights! I really liked the first game, but with Watch_Dogs 2, Pokémon Sun and Moon and Final Fantasy XV all coming out over the next couple weeks, I’ll probably wait until the holidays, or early next year, to grab Dishonored 2. And hopefully by then, the technical issues will have been smoothed out.
