I *never* trust Rest Mode on my PS5, because I’m one of those unfortunate people whose PS5 will invariably crash whenever I put it in rest mode while a game is running 🤷🏻♂️

I admit that I had no idea that the Crunchy+Funi combo on VRV was only for US subscribers.
it’ll be interesting to see just how much of a “unified anime subscription service” they can offer, considering the presence and popularity of series on services like Netflix and HBO Max
Thanks for the tips! I am playing the original P5 (as it’s free with the PS+ Collection on PS5).
I finished both Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Spider-Man: Miles Morales over the holidays, so I have now started Persona 5 earlier this week. It’s my first time playing a Persona title, so we’ll see how that goes!
Suspend/Resume on PS4 was introduced with the system update 2.50, in March 2015 (it wasn’t a launch feature). Watch Dogs came out close to a year before that (May 2014). So it’s not that they disabled the feature, the feature just didn’t exist at all when the game came out.
Counter-argument: the Digimon movie was great.
I ended up playing most of the game with an assortment of all-around charms equipped. I’d still sometimes change armor sets depending on the situation, but trying to fiddle with charms too at every other encounter was way too much of a hassle for me to care all that much.
I just want a new Pokémon Puzzle League/Challenge, or any sort of Puzzle League game, for that matter. I’ve been playing a bit of Panel de Pon, since it’s been added to the SNES collection on Switch, but this series needs some love.
I kinda wish we’d gotten Tetris Attack too, if only just for nostalgia reasons. I wonder if there might be some legal hang-ups there too, with the Tetris Company. Even though they weren’t involved in the game development itself, they still licensed the game’s name, something the co-founder of the Tetris Company said…
I wonder if they maybe mean once per save file? For example: you upload a save file to the cloud, get a new Switch, then you can download that save file back, but it is automatically deleted from the cloud at the same time. And from this point on, you may be able to upload a new one.
Animal Crossing: New Horizons will not support cloud saves, which is unfortunate, but Nintendo is planning a service to restore data lost via console damage or console loss. According to the fine print at the bottom of the screen during the presentation, Switch Online members will only be able to have data restored…
I want to finish the main story in Pokémon Shield this weekend. All I have left to do is beat Leon, but I need to grind a bit first. Then maybe I’ll dabble in some of the post-game stuff (I’d at least want to catch Zamazenta).
Unfortunately even monitors for non-professionals, which are smaller, have less internal components for processing, and are just basic displays, tend to cost more for some reason...
Smart TVs were a mistake... 😑
This sucks, but isn’t totally unexpected.
Well, were you to go through with that, you wouldn’t have to spend as much. The Xbox One S also have 4K Bluray + HDR support (though no 4K output for games). It made it one of the cheapest UHD players on the market, back when it came out, though I would think dedicated UHD players probably dropped in price since.
