More accurately than that, he made a much shittier and noisier $40k Volt out of a $100k Tesla.

As someone directly involved/employed in the TV/Film industry, this kind of makes me sad. I get the whole going-for-realism thing, but nobody seems to be worried about the ridiculous amount of fossil fuel used (read:wasted) for a film shoot such as this. The same thing applies to the wealthy private citizens using up…
As a Bugeye owner I obviously feel like that’s the best looking, but I’ve never gotten the Blobeye hate. I think it looks great. The Hawkeye/Pignose is far and away the ugliest; but I guess it got some sort of boost in esteem when it was featured in Baby Driver...
Agreed. The 1st and 3rd gen MR2s are decent little scooters but gutless. Even the supercharged ones lack punch. The MkII MR2 was better in virtually every regard, and really nice in the turns..
I believe that COVID is going to lead to total human extinction. I do not believe that anyone who has contracted COVID is going to be alive 10 years from now.
Kinda of a chickens#$t list as half the entrants are trucks or SUVs. Has anyone here been paying attention to trucks for the past 50 years? They don’t change much.
My Pixel has 60HP! Fight ME!
Here’s the thing about Neilsen ratings- they’re trash. They’re irrelevant. And in the past decade, they’ve become wildly inaccurate because of streaming. Streaming companies are never gonna share their data with Neilsen, because, why the hell would they?
This. They’re public enemy #1. Fuck all coal rollers.
I would never Donk my own car but whenever I see one on the road I giggle. Just saying the word ‘Donk’ is funny.
never tried cole’s. now its on the list :)
yeah they’re great too. i worked on the CBS television city lot for 10 years so that was a regular lunch spot. yum
i don’t really lump Philippe’s in with other sub places simple because they only do french dips/other dip sandwiches... kind of a different genre. but hell yeah philippes is pretty damn good
This, so much this. If you’re in LA, you have two legendary options IMHO that are better than any chain. One is obviously Bay Cities. The Godmother is the best of all LA sub sandwiches. Then there’s Larchmont Wine and Cheese- they’ve got a sandwich bar at the back, serving up simple subs that are my personal fav. So…
Fair point. Instead, let’s talk about how fucking stupid your response is.
that photo of Levine at the top of the article makes me think of a tennis ball.
Most of those knuckle-draggers just have the headline read to them by the person sitting next to them at the diner and then think, “well shit, Cleetus, if its good ‘nuff for ‘ol Tucker Carlson, then goldarnit, it’s good ‘nuff for me! Yee ha!”
star for you, monty python is always welcome here
Tell me, if Exxon Mobil, Chevron, or Koch Enterprises decided to do the exact same thing, would you be worried about the tax implications of it?
you’re kind of gross
