Yeah, the age discrepancy (or appearance of one, because I don’t actually know Santino’s age compared to the rest of the cast, and a lot of them are blessed with melanin) was super apparent in the pilot episode when he had his hair pushed back. 

Rebecca has also been extremely manipulative and known exactly what she was doing. Tucker is 13, and the last time he saw Rebecca she called him the spawn of her dad’s whore to his face, so it stands to reason that his moral compass wasn’t functioning properly.
