The goal is to laugh at your misfortune while you choke on the exhaust. They don’t just do it to cyclists, either; they also do it to convertibles and pedestrians. Basically anyone vulnerable. It’s 100% bullying.
Looking at the old Speed-of-Justice-O-Meter, I can say that this kid must have been extremely white. Not just regular white, but movie vampire white. Maybe even “Daddy plays golf with the Judge” level white.
