they paid for him to develop a game called Rush of Ikorr, which he worked on for at least a year before backing out of his contact. upper deck asserts lorcana is basically rush of ikorr.
Disney would never pilfer intellectual property for financial gain. Accusing them of a misdeed?!
I have yet to see the full complaint (only the PR) but I am very interested in how this situation will differ, say, from the issues Ravensburger experienced when Prospero Hall (the designers behind the Villainous line) left to work exclusively for Funko’s game division.
