Honestly from the headline I thought someone had just done a video edit of RUNAWAY where the killer robots inject COVID-19 rather than acid.

Maybe he was just giving the interviewer the business.

I never thought MacGregor was the weak link in the prequels, and I hope this show gives him the opportunity to prove that. Obi-wan has a ton of spinoff potential and one option would be to have several seasons tracking multiple eras from his life. Maybe even follow the YOUNG INDIANA JONES model - have him pop up at

I think some clips of the Cobra-thon are in this video (which is already excellent on its own):

Before I had even heard of MST3K, my friends and I would go into full heckle mode when we watched DEATH RING.

Follow the money to see who the real superstars were in 1997.

Agreed, people who followed Hollywood knew about DiCaprio, but he was certainly not a household name until TITANIC.

If this is the spiritual successor to EXCALIBUR then I am all-in, because that is the movie that all Arthurian films should aspire to be compared against. It’s sad that the second-best representation of the Arthurian era is a MONTY PYTHON movie.

I was wondering whether they’d even try to film the second book, which struck me as a story that would require a pretty massive budget and a bigger leap in audience acceptance. I also thought the addition of a love story with Quell was one of the weaker parts of S1, so I am not stoked to see the series go in this

I always kind of wondered how many other people are left alive who even watched LEVIATHAN and DEEPSTAR SIX. Not sure the streaming rights would cost much, but I don’t know if modern audiences would seek out that type of B- and C-level 80s sci-fi/horror. The FANGORIA / STARLOG era was cool to grow up in, however.

“Hopefully, all parties involved are able to figure out a way to give this franchise the proper send-off and pay proper tribute to the 77-year-old comedian sooner than later.”

Regina King as Baby Yoda after every cliffhanger: “The FUCK?!?”

Actually the X-Wings did not fire until they perceived a threat: “Looks like they’re launching a gunship” were Filoni’s words before they moved in to attack.

“You’re NOT gonna need a bigger boat.”

I was surprised to see him there, too!  But he did a great, memorable job with a fairly small role. His instantly-recognizable face was a big help distinguishing his character from the crowd of powdered wigs.
