Yeah, I think it works mostly as a fascinating comparison to the iconic poster. We instantly recognize it admits both the same but strikingly changed from what we’ve seen thousands of times.

Kyle MacLachlan not being nominated for Twin Peaks is one of the biggest snubs I’ve ever seen. I didn’t expect TW to get comprehensive nomination coverage (though it should have), but it seemed like he’d be a shoo-in.

Spoilers, but...yeah, in the cinema I saw it there was a wave of laughter when the headless body took the spook lift up to the treehouse. Also, the son being possessed by what looked like Tinkerbell.
