Am I the only one who cannot STAND her podcast? It’s like she just loves listening to herself talk. I mean, sure, isn’t that PART of hosting a podcast? But it’s just to an obnoxious degree with her. It’s a bummer because she has had on some cool guests that I want to hear more about... but I just can’t listen to her!…

This is an accurate depiction of new motherhood. My house looked like that for almost 3 years when I had my kids so close together. Now that they’re turning into actual people they can pick up after themselves, but yeesh, it was a shit show for a while (literally and figuratively) haha

Oh Jeeeeez. I had blocked this magazine from my memory until now. Raised by evangelical parents (who have toned it down a LOT over the years, thankfully) I was subjected to a lot of this nonsense. I got a free issue of this in my youth group once and knew it was the lamest shit that ever existed.
