“Socket Wrench” is the Australian term for what we Americans call a “chuzzwambler”.

I heard a knock, too, which is why I didn’t get Eleanor’s comment about Chidi hallucinating (or whatever it was she said).

I saw PhagHammer and StormTrooper88 recently.

How would Hugo have heard a dead rat in the kitchen?  I guess we don’t need to answer that, because that whole subplot was completely ignored in the review, anyway.

A *living* baby rat. Also- Teddy brought in, they didn’t find it in the restaurant.

Was that the line where Vince said “Go with the Italian”?  I thought that it was Vinnie dropping hints that Paul should get Pipilo’s protection.

Does anyone know if Schur has a fixed number of seasons planned for this, or is he just going to keep doing the show until it’s cancelled?

Oddly enough, my mother’s maiden name is “Password”, of the New Haven Passwords.

Casey Kasem had it, too.

One good thing about the colorization process is that the original black and white movies had to be restored and digitally preserved before the colorization could take place.  So he was way ahead of the curve in rescuing a lot of old movies.

Actually, it is how the electoral college works. California, with a population of 39 Million, has 55 electoral college votes, or 1 vote for every 709,090 people. North Dakota, with a population of 755,393, has 3 electoral votes, or 1 vote for every 251,797 people.

Trump University

I was at Conventio-Con 2: Electric Boogaloo, and got picked to play Doom with Mike (who proceeded to kick my butt).

Right now, somewhere in Texas, Ted Cruz is profusely thanking his parents for not giving him any siblings.  (Of course, given that clip of him trying to hug his daughter from a couple of years ago, they might soon be able to make a commercial like this with his kids.)

I remember in 2004, during the Vice Presidential debates when, during a question about gay rights, John Edwards mentioned the Cheney has a gay daughter. It set off a bit of a furor, with Cheney later claiming that Edwards was out of bounds and had gone for the belt by bringing it up.

“If that church had been a Trump property, it would have been able to withstand the dynamite.  Poor construction! Sad!  #MAGA!”

Unfortunately, Texas has a huge influence on textbooks nationwide.  They purchase a lot of books, and publishers don’t want to have to make special editions just for them, so whatever decisions the Texas school boards make get flowed down to the rest of the country.

They put an Aldi near me in Newark recently, and there are always protestors in the parking lot, carrying signs saying that Aldi is unfair to workers, which seems to contradict the statements above about it being a good employer.  Does anyone know what exactly these protests might be about?

It was a big day for him- it was when he became the proud owner of the tallest building in New York City.

Possibly- last year was the first year I knew about Ghibli-Fest.
