Well that is logical. Thanks for clarifying that.

The Map selection is weak in this game currently. Which sucks because I'm playing it daily. My question is, why can't they put forge maps onto the playlist like Halo: Reach did? Sure the landscapes looked the same, but some of those layouts were great.

What happened to Ryo Hazuki?

I've found this to be a shocking trend on here. Kotaku as a whole seems to shit on SEGA games every time. I wonder why that is. On top of the games you listed I would add the Yakuza franchise to that list. That franchise is highly under-appreciated in the west.

At first I was offended by the review because I like the game. But then I realized I'm the Sega fanboy you are talking about.

The game wasn't as bad as everybody pegged it as. It just wasn't as good as Hot Pursuit. Still a fun racing game in its own right.

GTA IV didn't look this bad... did it? JEEBUS did those animations suck at some points.

I think the same way. Sadly, its safer to take chances with a sequel than to introduce a new IP.

True, but Ninja Blade at least had respectable scores because it didn't have hype to live up to.

If Ninja Gaiden was called something else I'm sure it would've been appreciated more. But because it was a Ninja Gaiden game it has a standard to adhere to. Clearly 3 did not. I still found some fun in it.

Shouldn't been since 2005, 14.5 billions achievement have been earned? Achievements didn't come until the XBOX 360 right?

Some of the games that I love aren't on this list. Therefore this list is terrible and shouldn't be taken seriously.

So what company is sponsoring the VGA's this year? EA? Microsoft? Sony? Activison?

Nope!

Can't listen to Careless Whisper without thinking about this.

Something tells me EA is forcing their dev studios to use this engine from now on. Its not a bad option in the slightest, so no harm no foul.

Quite the spoiler on the DLC title. Capcom, is not smart...

Well its not id's decision anymore. Its Bethesda that's behind this move.

Maybe he'll go to Platinum Games, and work on Bayonetta 2 like he wishes to.

Don't know if this was on the list, but its a good one.
