The sheer petulance of it is astonishing, such a take your toys and go home attitude. Not one single person in the whole entire world is telling them to stop caring about the things they care about, or working towards their (laudable!) goals.

Liberals like Sarandon come across the phrase “The perfect is the enemy of the good” and decide that since they’re perfect, “good” needs to be taken down a peg or two.

And there are probably a few million people in rural parts of the country that can’t even access a therapist. Small towns will have a GP, some nurse practitioners, a vet, and that’s about it. Who are they supposed to talk to, high school counselors? MAYBE there’s a family therapist in the county seat, if you’re lucky.

I feel like one of the most realistic husband/wife pairings in sitcom history was Donal Logue and Megyn Price in “Grounded for Life.”
