Lots of hate online but I pre-ordered and have been playing non-stop since I got it (well as non-stop as it gets when you have a lot of other non-gaming things competing for your time). It’s even cutting into my RDR2 time. Not sure what people expected or wanted. I wanted more Fallout and that’s what I got.

Picked up my copy last night and played for 3 hours or so. It’s Fallout, with both it’s great features and it’s warts. I loved it and plan to play some more soon. I’ve only just gotten to about 1/3rd of the way through RDR2 though, AC: Odyssey is loaded and patched but I haven’t even started it yet, and I’m still

I’ve been all over West Texas, including Fort Stockton (love the roadrunner statue). This picture makes me think of the Prada art thing near Marfa. I am surprised that it actually works and is not an art installation like the Prada store.

I’m from NC and yep, this looks about right.

I love Modric and Rakitic but Croatia, as a team, always underwhelm. They should be better but kind of like Portugal and France, the parts are usually greater than the whole.

My alma mater and my employer! We were all watching it in my office. So close!

Not disc golf though. It’s everything that golf is not. Fun, usually through wooded areas that haven’t been manicured to some dipshit idea of beauty like ball golf courses are, played by a large swath of the socio-economic spectrum, and more athletic than ball golf. Oh, I mentioned it was fun, right?

Round Table is amazing! Not in my area but ate it a couple of times on a cross-country trip.

Watched the Poe AM last night. It was good and O’Hare was pretty awesome as the titular drunken misanthrope. The whole thing wasn’t quite up to the normal AM level of excellence. More like a quality History Channel (oxymoron right?) “recreation.

Anything that Scott Frank is a part of, I will watch and have watched for the most part. Just finished reading his novel, Shaker. Pretty great.

Sbarro’s is Michael Scott’s favorite though. He always goes there when he comes into the city.

Not surprised to hear the dialogue is good. Zahler, as a novelist, has written some of the best dialogue I’ve ever read. Check out “Mean Business on North Ganson Street.” The man can write.

My favorite soundtrack and background dialogue in a gme ever.

Precautious??? What a shitbird; a dumb shitbird at that.

I use a flip phone. I have never texted, or tweeted, or many other social media sorts of things. It’s okay. I sometimes swear that I’m going to get a smart phone, usually when I am lost and access to Google Maps would be awesome. Then once the crisis is over, I forget that I needed a smart phone until the next time.

The band tour t-shirt rule applies. If you didn’t actually go to the concert, don’t wear the t-shirt.

Cosplay isn’t for adults. FTFY.

Best comment this year. Kudos to you Internet man!

Easily one of my favorite things on tv recently. All the performances were great, the costumes, the sets, all awesome.

I’ll forgive the hyperbole of the title as Smokey was absolutely amazing. Tracks of My Tears in in my top 10 of all time. No, actually I can’t forgive the hyperbole. Just off the top of my head, Willie Nelson, Paul Simon, Stevie Wonder, Bob Dylan are all better songwriters. Nothing against Smokey; I have professed my
